The teams are responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions in Media, Automotive, Health, Finance, Non-profit, and other business areas.
Our development and support teams are distributed, actively interacting with customer teams based in different parts of the world: the European Union and the USA.
About the Role
As a Project Manager at eVelopers, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the successful implementation of CRM and integration projects for our US and European customers. You will be responsible for supporting pre-sales activities, managing project teams, ensuring project progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Support Pre-Sales Tasks:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Provide solution overviews, estimations, planning, and assumptions for assigned accounts.
- Share the client’s vision, objectives, and expectations with the project team.
- Team Management:
- Effectively manage the project team, including workload distribution and task assignment.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Project Management:
- Manage project progress, ensuring it stays within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Client Engagement:
- Lead project demos to showcase progress and gather feedback from clients.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues arising from project implementation.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
Experience Needed
- 5+ years of project management experience, focusing on end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
- Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Project Management) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
